The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Fast Track Designations to Krystal’s KB707 and KB111 programs.
KB111 has been granted Fast Track Designation for the treatment of Hailey-Hailey disease.
KB707 has been granted Fast Track Designations:
- To delay disease progression in the treatment of patients with anti-PD-1 relapsed/refractory locally advanced or metastatic melanoma, and
- For the treatment of patients with solid tumors with pulmonary metastases that are relapsed or refractory to standard of care therapy
KB707 has also been designated a Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy by the FDA for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
Both treatments are accessible under the U.S. FDA Expanded Access Program.
